Position: Packaging Operation Technician
Key Responsibilities:
Packaging products across multiple lines
Learning new processes within Grifols
Conducting visual inspections of products
Completing batch documentation and associated records
Operating and setting up machinery and equipment
Reconciling materials
Assisting new staff with knowledge transfer
Paying attention to detail in all duties
Wrapping pallets and performing associated SAP transactions as required
Ensuring training is up to date
Performing other duties as requested by the Team Leader/Supervisor/Management
Person Specification:
Excellent communication skills
Attention to detail
Good organizational skills
Flexibility
Results-oriented
Previous experience in packaging or manufacturing
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Qualifications:
Minimum of a B.Sc. degree or equivalent third-level education
At least 1 year of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or a packaging role
