That is the number of people you may impact in this role The Global Program Lead is primarily responsible for leading significant strategic projects resulting in the delivery of new NBS CONEXTS business services. The projects are diverse in functionality ranging across commercial and medical. The position is ultimately accountable for the success of each project, including for the service design and overall business case outcome. Most projects will result in the building of new service delivery teams in NBS CONEXTS delivery centers, currently: NGSC Dublin, Hyderabad, Mexico, KL and Prague. The position requires a leader that is able to facilitate and drive change in a networked environment. Strong interpersonal and networking skills are necessary, as well as an ability to make progress in an environment where there can be significant ambiguity. Key to success in this position is the ability to work within the organization at all levels, working in a “hands on” and practical way. Major Accountabilities • Work with stakeholders to understand the intended scope and approach and convert this into actionable projects • Assist senior management in the definition and prioritization of projects, continuously challenging the current operating model and identifying further improvement opportunities within and across functions • Manage and drive major transformation programs and projects o Drive the service development and implementation process for a program area o Drive make vs buy decisions and action any resulting offshoring or outsourcing activities o Manage the transition process (overseeing the work of Transition Managers) on an end-to-end basis o Ensure the service is properly designed and implemented according to GATE o Work with functional and IT resources to specify the elements of the service \n\n\n\n Position Title: Global Program Lead Minimum requirements: Key Requirements • >10 years’ experience leading significant organizational change and/or process improvement projects. • An understanding of the Life Sciences sector, particularly for projects in the commercial and medical services areas. • A proven change agent with significant project and program management experience • Ideally this will involving large scale, cross-functional projects across multiple disciplines (sales, marketing, finance, development, technical operations) resulting in significant business impact • Demonstrated analytical, process-oriented and data driven mindset - A proven ability to manage business cases but to also see beyond the numbers, get straight to the heart of issues and provide insights • Significant experience, and proven ability to manage, team with, and motivate associates of widely varying backgrounds across a dispersed and matrixed organization You’ll receive: Competitive salary, Annual bonus, Pension scheme, Share scheme, Health insurance, 25 days annual leave, Flexible working arrangements, subsidized dining facilities, Employee recognition scheme, learning and development opportunities.
