In the Associate Director Performance Operations role for Chart Operation, you will be responsible to drive solid Operational performance by collaborating with matrix partners, by fostering and leveraging a team approach using key operational strategic initiatives, goals, and activities as guidelines.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Operational Performance Management:

o Leads the Operations Performance Oversight, analyzing metrics and trends to ensure programs requirements are met, working with matrix partners to improve performance when not met

o Ensuring the reporting and analysis supports the business’s ability to complete each program/project on the timeline agreed

o Leads analytics efforts to build and deliver multiple performance metrics

o Liaison with key stakeholders to ensure initiatives are communicated, incepted, and reviewed for continuous process improvement

o Be curious and actively looking for opportunities to improve, whether in cost, quality, or work product

o Demonstrate and apply understanding of health care industry trends and their drivers

o Identify and/or provide opportunities for additional training and learning to support process and report improvements

o Review manual report packages to identify opportunities to automate reporting and/or eliminate redundancies

• Operational Financial Performance:

o Accountable for long, medium, and short-term forecasting, staffing plans, hiring projections and operational financial performance

o Provides leadership, project management, and/or subject matter expertise support for all initiatives impacting operations workload and/or staffing requirements

o Provides guidance, leadership, and strategic oversight for a team of business analysts

o Establish the standard methodology to measure productivity, efficiency, scalability, human touch volume, and total transaction volumes

Required Qualifications:

• Previous extensive Operations Management experience in a matrix environment.

• Proven hands-on experience managing projects and end to end processes

• Demonstrated experience working in a highly matrixed environment

• Demonstrated experience managing and driving team performance

• Intermediate proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel

Preferred Qualifications:

• BA/BS or Advance degree

• Experience with SharePoint, Teams

• Experience with Project Management

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Ability to manage multiple projects/tasks simultaneously to meet contractual deadlines or other time sensitive commitments
