Tasks and Duties
Reconcile and resolve problem invoices
Build key relationships with operations and customers in order to quickly resolve invoice issues
File invoices, statements and any accounting related documents when necessary
Support credit manager with exception reports to identify and resolve various accounting issues
Support Accounting Department with miscellaneous projects and assignments
Ensure communication with local branches
Post deposits timely to our accounting system
Generate summary invoices for customers using a script.
Sending customer invoicing using marco tools.
Posting accounting journals as needed.
Arranging customer refunds in payables system
There is a high usage of Excel – so good Excel knowledge is required.

- Timely and Accurate Accounting Processing
Manages Invoice summaries for customers.
Posts daily deposits
- Accounting Exception Management
Proactively monitors exception reports to identify problems on accounts, analyze exceptions and to effectively resolve issues with internal and external
Minimum two years of relevant experience in Public Accounting and/or industry
Technically proficient and have strong accounting, analytical, financial modeling, and research skills
Excellent organization skills and detailed-oriented
Motivated self-starter and work with urgency
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Proficient in MS Office applications (specifically Excel – an advantage),
Excellent written and oral English communication skills
Ability to accept and implement change as it occurs
