What You'll Do

At our CoE IT Planning team in Dublin, you'll act as a technical expert, supporting our customers along their SAP Cloud journey. The duties you'll be expected to execute include:

Assisting SAP Customers through S/4HANA System Conversions and Release Upgrades

Offering technical expertise to ensure a seamless Transformation path to the Intelligent Enterprise

Utilizing state-of-the-art technology to minimise Downtime during Migration and Maintenance events

Guiding on the appropriate CoE Service to ensure the success of each project

Resolving Upgrade and Migration issues during crucial cutover periods

Providing both front-facing and Back Office support for customers' projects through services and projects

Supporting the delivery of Premium Engagement services both remotely and on customer sites

Developing and sharing knowledge across our team

What You Bring

You should be able to work effectively within our team of experts, supporting and directing our customers on their transformational journeys. Your skills may include, but are not limited to, the following:

Experience in S/4HANA System Conversions, OS/DB Migration, HANA Migrations, and SAP Release Upgrades

Proficiency in SAP Software Change Management strategy

Exceptional leadership, communication, and presentation skills

Thorough understanding of Unix/Linux

Knowledge of Back-up, Recovery, High Availability, and Disaster Recovery procedures

Experience with Hyperscalers (Azure, AWS, GCP etc.)

A background in Landscape design and data centre architecture

Project experience

Its beneficial to hold an Honours Degree in IT, Computer Science, Physics or a related discipline, along with SAP Technical Certifications in areas such as OS/DB Migration, Upgrades, and System Administration.
