Oracle Solution Architect - Interface Architect in DUBAI, United Arab Emirates

As a Solution Architect on the Support Organization, you will work in a team environment to provide functional and technical expertise to our clients. As you work with Oracle Cerner technologies, you will prioritize and plan issue resolutions both independently and in a collaborative and fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

What you will do

You will use your troubleshooting skills to preform investigations of front-end applications by gathering information, using troubleshooting tools, shadowing end users, and testing workflows internally and externally. Our Solution Architects are also responsible for creating and maintaining documentation and knowledge transfer materials across the lifecycle of an investigation. Your goal is incident resolution and application maintenance to deliver value outcomes for both Oracle and our clients.

  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand business needs and define FSI requirements.

  • Design, develop, test, and implement FSI solutions using industry standards like HL7 and Cerner's Open Engine, OpenLink or other integration tools.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex interface issues, ensuring accurate and timely data flow.

  • Configure and maintain FSI interfaces, optimizing performance and stability.

  • Document interface specifications and processes for future reference and knowledge transfer.

  • Stay current on evolving FSI technologies and best practices.

  • Participate in system validation and integration testing activities.

  • Effectively communicate with technical and non-technical audiences regarding interface design, functionality, and troubleshooting efforts.

  • Willing to participate in on-call rotation as needed.

  • Travel up to 20%

  • Willing to work from the Dubai office 3 days per week

Required Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in healthcare IT, with a strong focus on FSI and Cerner Millennium environment.

  • Proven experience with HL7 standards, interface engines, and Cerner's Open Engine (OE) or similar tools.

  • Experience with scripting languages like CCL.

  • Experience working with 2 or more Cerner Millennium products.

  • Experience working in Application Managed Services or SolutionWorks business units
