Amazon Sales Operations Executive, Ring in Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Key job responsibilities

•Sales Process Management: Lead continuous improvement of sales processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices.

•Monitor the end-to-end sales process, identifying bottlenecks and opportunities for streamlining to enhance operational efficiency. Collaborate with the sales team to gather feedback and insights to refine and optimize sales workflows.

•Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze sales data, performance metrics, and trends to provide actionable insights for the sales team and senior management. Develop and maintain sales dashboards and reports that track key performance indicators (KPIs) to support data-driven decision-making. Identify patterns and anomalies in sales data, translating findings into strategic recommendations.

•Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various departments, including finance, marketing, and customer support, to ensure seamless communication and alignment of processes that impact sales operations. Act as a liaison between sales and other departments to address operational challenges and implement solutions.

•Own and oversee trade management operations, including accurate monitoring. Ensure that trade marketing initiatives are properly executed and closed within the budget. Track the whole submission process to verify that activities are correctly submitted in the system and that suitable submission criteria are followed for each activity.

Basic Qualifications

•Candidate must be independent and flexible, with good communication skills and a strong customer focus.

•Graduate Degree with min. 3+ years of experience in sales operations or similar role.

•Detail-oriented with a commitment to data accuracy and quality

•Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

•Proven ability to lead process improvement initiatives and drive operational excellence.

•Highly organized, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, stakeholders and deadlines

•Outstanding attention to detail and bias for action, with a positive, can-do, go-the-extra-mile attitude

•Desire to work in a fast-paced, challenging, yet innovative environment
