About You:
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
Prior experience in a similar role in a luxury hotel or a high-end beach club, demonstrating a strong understanding of luxury hospitality standards, preferably within a pre-opening setting.
Proficiency in English is required, ideally complemented by proficiency with a second language (Spanish, French, Arabic, Russian, Mandarin, German or Greek) with strong communication abilities.
Strong leadership skills, capable of motivating and developing a multi-cultural team of service professionals to uphold high standards of service excellence.
Financial acumen, including experience with cost control measures, inventory management, and labor cost optimization to achieve budgetary goals.
