About the Job

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Assistant Lifestyle Manager to join our membership team in Dubai. The objective of this role is to facilitate a seamless and joyful experience for HNW members, acting as their single point of contact. As the ‘face’ of the membership, Assistant Lifestyle Managers will provide a tailored, high-touch concierge service to members, which will involve coordinating experiences across all Jumeirah and Dubai Holding assets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as your members’ primary contact and to proactively communicate with them on a day-to-day basis (remotely).

  • Ensure that all your members’ requests are fulfilled in a timely manner and to the highest levels of personalization and quality across all existing offerings within the Jumeirah portfolio. This includes coordination on all aspects of a hotel, dining, wellness, entertainment, or outdoor event to include transportation, reservations, personalized touches, and payment.

  • Strengthen each relationship and personalize each experience by deeply understanding each member’s unique lifestyle, preferences and needs whilst maximizing the likelihood of their renewal.

  • Support the creation of new experiences for your member by customizing and combining existing offerings within the Jumeirah portfolio that are relevant to their preferences.

  • Support the creation and maintenance of a detailed calendar for your member that includes your managed experiences.

  • Anticipate challenges within an itinerary, and plan redundancies as needed.

  • As an IO Assistant Lifestyle Manager, you will at times be required to be on-site at the various locations that our members will be visiting to create a welcoming arrival experience and ensure that the facility and staff have the context and supplies required to deliver a world-class experience.

  • Understand the financial context to membership decisions. Assess the value of individual services / benefits, and to be able to add or remove line items from an invoice.

  • Maintain knowledge in hospitality best practices in greeting, payment, and preference tracking.

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in any of the following sectors/areas: Personal Assistant, Customer Service, Guest Relations, Lifestyle and or Account Management, luxury travel & leisure.

  • Strong ability to build a professional yet intimate relationship with their members, so to be able to anticipate their members’ needs and deliver highly personalized experiences

  • We believe the successful candidate will have a desire to learn about and understand HNW lifestyles, expectations, needs and preferences in Dubai and the UAE specifically.

  • The successful candidate will have shown a winning attitude, interest in working with people from diverse backgrounds and a can-do mentality.

  • Strong ability to ruthlessly prioritize work, meet deadlines, make decisions and communicate effectively under pressure.

  • A successful candidate will be willing to be in-touch and on-call, accountable and available to their members at all times.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and a desire to communicate with HNW clients.

  • Some understanding of requirements involved in the lifestyle management of affluent, high-net worth individuals.

  • Working knowledge of Dubai and UAE attractions, restaurants, hotels, wellness, entertainment, and events
