Your Role – International, Challenging And Future-Oriented!

You will be based out of Dubai, U.A.E. Your primary responsibility will be to drive new business development and sales , with a primary focus on Abu Dhabi, Oman and Bahrain markets, by identifying and pursuing sales opportunities within the energy services and ESCO market. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their needs, and offering customized and differentiating solutions to solve their problems and help them achieve their goals.

  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new sales opportunities. Conduct research to identify potential clients, target markets, and emerging trends to strategically position our solutions and services.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders. Cultivate a network of contacts within the industry, attending relevant conferences, trade shows, and networking events.

  • Understand client needs and requirements through effective discovery processes. Provide tailored sustainability and digital solutions, showcasing the value and benefits of our solutions and services. Collaborate with technical teams to develop comprehensive proposals that meet client expectations.

  • Manage the sales pipeline effectively, from lead generation to closure. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, opportunities, and customer interactions using CRM software.

  • Conduct negotiations with clients, addressing concerns, objections, and contract terms. Close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and regulatory developments related to the energy services sector. Analyze market data and provide insights to the management team to support business strategies and solution development.

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and customer service, to ensure smooth project implementation and customer satisfaction.

Your Qualifications And Skills – Digital And Solid!

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field. An Engineering Degree with relevant certifications or training in sales and business development are a plus.

  • 7 – 10 years’ experience in sales, preferably combined with technical know-how.

  • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the energy services/ESCO industry or a related field. Knowledge of Energy Performance Contracting is a plus.

  • Strong knowledge of the energy sector, including energy efficiency, renewable energy, and sustainability practices.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

  • Ability to effectively communicate sales strategies, progress, and results through well-written reports and compelling presentations. Strong analytical and data interpretation skills to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.

  • Exceptional negotiation and closing skills, with a demonstrated ability to drive sales and meet targets.

  • Strategic mindset with the ability to identify market opportunities and tailor solutions accordingly.

  • Highly self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.

  • Languages: English & Arabic, spoken and written.
