JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Penn State DuBois Office of Continuing Education is seeking applications from individuals interested in teaching non-credit classes during the 2024-2025 Academic Year. Various short-term courses will be offered during the day, evening, and on weekends at the campus in DuBois or at selected off-campus locations. Instructors are needed to teach within the following program areas: Workforce Development Business and Manufacturing Healthcare Automation/Robotics Technology, Blueprint Reading GD&T Computer Aided Design Solid Works Quality Control Additive Manufacturing Job Duties Developing, organizing, and presenting materials. Preparing grade/assessment reports. Monitoring student attendance. Requirements and Qualifications Instructors should have at least a bachelor's degree or higher, industry expertise and/or work experience in the subject matter area or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Teaching experience with adult students is preferred.

Pursuant to the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act and the Pennsylvania Act of 1988, Penn State publishes a combined Annual Security and Annual Fire Safety Report (ASR). The ASR includes crime statistics and institutional policies concerning campus security, such as those concerning alcohol and drug use, crime prevention, the reporting of crimes, sexual assault, and other matters.
