POSITION SUMMARY

This position will have responsibility for forming sales forecasts for the global and regional market-specific sales at a fast-growing international network marketing company. They will also lead the team in setting and documenting the process, KPI reporting, and standardizations. This individual will report to the Global Snr. Director of Sales Operations and work with the regional markets to develop regular sales forecasts, KPIs, forecasts for promotions, and any other ad hoc requests. This role is a high-value-add business partner to the organization, enabling correct production amounts and increasing sales productivity by forming acceptable forecasts. The role will be required to forecast overall sales globally by sku, promotions, and other such forecasts as they pertain to global strategies and initiatives.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This position will serve as lead to the other forecasters on the team.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Regular Forecast Formations and Auditing
• Determine global sales forecast based off of historical data, trends, and market input.
• Form reporting and forecasting to show a sku based forecast that maintains a 12 month rolling calendar
• Make regular audits monthly to all sku, promotional, and overall sales forecasts
• Work internationally with markets around the globe to assist in forecasting formation
• Form reports and charts using excel, Smartsheet, and other programs.
• Define and assure team adherence to the forecasting process

• Work with the team to define and improve current and future processes

• Completes all company training and follows established policies and procedures.

• Performs all other duties as assigned.

   

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to remain in an office at a computer workstation and access information from a computer.  The employee is required to be mobile to, from, and within the office. The employee may occasionally move up to 25 pounds.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor Degree in related field preferred; High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• A minimum of 3-5 years experience
• Proficient in Excel
• Familiar with Tableau is a plus
• Familiar with SQL and MRP/ERP's is a plus
• Detail and report oriented is a must
• Experience in a network marketing organization is a plus.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is required.
• Experience with sales metrics, forecasting, and trend analysis required.
• Attention to detail and complex information required.
• Strong Interpersonal skills and ability to work with various personalities and cultures required.
• Excellent written, verbal, and communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally in a team environment.
