Recruiting Coordinator
$20 hr. to $22 hr.
Monday to Friday
Draper – In Office
As the Recruiting Coordinator, your sharpened skills will be instrumental in ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring process. As the team is growing rapidly, we're on the lookout for quick learners who can adapt to new procedures and changes, demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, and exhibit outstanding responsiveness. Your responsibilities will span managing interviewer rosters, coordinating with potential candidates, scheduling interviews, and collecting valuable feedback.
Recruiting Coordinator Requirements:
Associate or bachelor’s degree
6+ month of experience in recruitment
Experience communicating professionally with Stakeholders and diverse individuals
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook , Excel, and other MS programs
Exceptional attention to detail, organizational abilities, and strong multitasking skills.
Responsibilities of the Recruiting Coordinator:
Engage with candidates, managers, and stakeholders
Excellent communication throughout the coordination process
Review resumes and sent them to the appropriate hiring managers
Maintain an organized system to track candidates progress throughout the hiring process
Adhere to established practices and procedures with a process-oriented mindset
