Mustad USA Digital Marketeer EQUINET at Mustad Hoofcare, Lelystad in Drachten, Netherlands

You will be a member of the EQUINET App’s marketing team. You will contribute to driving user onboarding and engagement using various digital marketing activities. You will execute data-driven marketing campaigns and optimize our digital presence on various platforms. You will coordinate with multiple stakeholders, including our tech partners, internal Mustad stakeholders, and external partners, to ensure the success of our digital marketing activities. Focus area of the job’s responsibility*

  • Executing digital marketing activities on various digital platforms to drive user onboarding and user engagement.

  • Running Performance-based, data-driven email campaigns (e.g. in campaign Monitor).

  • Executing web and in-app marketing campaigns.

  • Updating www.EQUINETapp.com and ensuring the website content and campaigns are properly set up and measured in Google Analytics and providing the team with the right analytics and insights.

  • Running social media campaigns (content could be provided by regional marketeers) and taking ownership of our main social media platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook.

  • Coordinate web and app marketing operational activities (including basic feature images and videos for the website and promotional activities) with our internal stakeholders (currently marketing and sales colleagues from the APAC region) and external stakeholders, such as our agencies in the EU. We have plans to expand to new regions soon.

    Hands-on Skills and Familiarity with Digital Marketing:

  • You have worked with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress (or any other platform).

  • Proficiency with digital marketing technologies such as social media, SEO, search, web analytics, ecommerce, and behavioral targeting.

  • Familiarity or eagerness to use tools such as Canva, Hotjar, and similar optimization tools and using AI whenever possible.

  • Ability to perform basic procedures in image editing software to deliver digital content.

  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal; other languages are a plus.

  • You are somehow auto didact and eager to learn and grow in digital marketing with us.

  • 2-4 years of relevant working experience.

  • Ideally, a relevant educational background, but "street smart" candidates are also welcome.

  • Startup mentality.

  • Dynamic and pragmatic.

    Bonus points:

  • You have extensive experience in setting up multi-channel, performance driven campaigns for Apps or SaaS.

  • You are familiar with or have worked with a Marketing Automation tool such as Hubspot.

  • You have experience in creating and editing content.

  • You are skilled in working in various CMS and understand the importance of mobile first.

  • You know the basic video editing skills in e.g., Adobe, Canva to be able to create feature videos

  • You are used to working on an Apple laptop/computer.
