Aspire Independence Resources LLC Life Skills Coach in Doylestown, Pennsylvania
We are in search of a team member with a genuine interest in supporting
others. As a Life Skills Coach, you will have the opportunity to make a
difference in the lives of those we serve.
Your Role Will Involve:
· Assisting with daily living skills and encouraging social interaction.
· Advocating for the ability of individuals to make their own life choices.
· Guiding those we serve in making informed decisions related to finance,
wellness, and employment.

· A person with a strong sense of empathy and commitment to promoting
well-being.
· Excellent organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
· Versatility in handling various tasks and the capacity to work both
independently and collaboratively.
· Possession of a valid driver's license and auto insurance.

Qualifications:
Minimum of a High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED)
Willing to comply with required policies, standards, and regulations
Must be willing to complete given background checks
Must have a valid Driver's License and auto insurance
Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
Flexibility is preferred to allow more opportunity for individual assignments
Ability to learn and use technology for notes, clocking in/out, etc.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, provide and receive feedback.
