JOB TITLE: GT PROD RELIEF/PROD HELPER BUSINESS UNIT: Production FUNCTION: REPORTS TO: Phil Mendenhall NUMBER AND TITLES OF DIRECT REPORTS: GRADE/LEVEL (If role is already leveled): GENERAL SUMMARY (Generally 4-6 sentences demonstrating key outcomes of role): Normally start 7:55 am to 2:30 pm (Hours may vary with production schedule. May be required to work full shift.) Must be able to work overtime. Start and end times may be adjusted based on business needs JOB DESCRIPTION:  Must have the ability to perform jobs in Layer Cake, Toast, and Puff Pastry (processing, packaging, and dough preparation). Responsible for area housekeeping and other duties as noted in the work instructions. Will be required to relieve machine tenders for break.

Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation.
