    TheSr. Director of Project Management,Integration Services, will be responsible for the development, refinement and implementation of Project Management processes, procedures and tools for customer projects involving Duravant Material Handling NA Integration Services. The primary goal of the Sr. Director of Project Managementis to develop and manage the Project Management team for Duravant Material Handling Group utilizing best practices. This includes managing the Duravant personnel to deliver automated systems to our customers, on-time, and at budget. The Sr. Director of Project Management will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our project implementation, risk management, and customer satisfaction.

    POSITION DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESinclude the following, other duties as assigned.

  • Leading the Project Management team in planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing projects

  • Ensuring alignment between business objectives and project deliverables

  • Collaborating with cross-functional and cross-operating company teams to define project scope, goals, timelines, resources needed, risk assessment/mitigation strategies

  • Developing scalable methodologies for effective project execution starting with Material Handling systems and eventually incorporating these methodologies in other Duravant Operating Companies offerings.

  • Fostering a culture of continuous improvement through implementing best practices

  • Establish and refine processes and procedures for implementation of projects and manage personnel to follow process.

  • Manage weekly workload of project managers and balance internal and external resource allocation of work.

  • Track key project performance metrics, provide reports and corrective actions as needed.

  • Work with Manufacturing to provide quality feedback to support continuous improvement.

  • Hold weekly project update meeting with relevant staff.

  • Lead team to meet program goals

    POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or related field

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent experience

  • 10+ years of Project Management experience in material handling or related industry.

  • Multiple site experience.

  • Ability to think ahead and plan over a multi-year time span. Be a key part of our annual budget and planning process.

  • Possess very strong oral communication skills and be a disciplined process leader.

  • Ability to interface with colleagues and customers at all levels, by virtue of professional competence, integrity, and personal style.

  • Travel up to 25%

    PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
