Description
Robert Half is seeking a Contracts Attorney for a growing company in Downers Grove, IL. Candidates must have a minimum of 5+ years of experience. This client will pay a competitive base salary for this position plus phenomenal benefits and yearly bonus.
Requirements
Extensive experience in contract drafting
Strong academic credentials with a J.D. from an accredited law school; attorney's license must be current, active and in good standing.
Must approach legal problem solving strategically and be detail-oriented, organized, efficient and resourceful with strong follow-through skills.
Strong negotiation skills and ability to interact with legal and business leaders internally and externally.
Minimum 5 years of experience
Strong analytical, written, and verbal skills, with an ability to communicate complex issues in a simple way and to orchestrate plans to resolve issues and mitigate risks.
