STV Incorporated Project Accounting Support Supervisor in Douglassville, Pennsylvania

Reference #: JR2641 STV is seeking aProject Accounting Support Supervisor to oversee and ensure the quality of work for the members of the Project Accounting Support team. The PA Support Supervisor will report directly to the Manager of Billing and will be responsible for implementation of processes and procedures performed by members of the support team. This position is designated as hybrid 3 days week/in office in ourDouglassville, PA.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Project Accounting Support Team Functions: New Project and Project Maintenance within ERP system. Time Transfer processing Assembling timesheet and expense backup needed for invoicing Creating Purchase Order Requisitions Processing Subcontractor invoices Monthly DBE reporting Updating ERP system information Miscellaneous requests as needed

Management activities may include: Performance management, identifying training needs, timesheet approval, provide annual performance review, provide career path guidance and general HR related activities Hold meetings with direct report staff on a regular basis to ensure consistency and adherence to procedure. Ensures that team members are inputting data accurately and address quality concerns directly. Develop and maintain tracking tools to track volumes of requests and activities performed by the team for various functions. Posting of time transfers, oversee void requests of vendor/sub invoices. Contributes to streamlining efficiencies with a continual focus on process improvement.

Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree A minimum of five (5) years of experience Previous supervisory or leadership experience Proactive in solving problems Strong organizational skills Strong communication skills Detail-oriented Experience in the Architectural/Engineering/Construction (A/E/C) industry preferred

Compensation Range:$57,366.00 - $76,488.00
