Structures Division, a division of the H&K Group, Inc. is looking for a Concrete Paving Laborer for heavy civil and highway construction projects.

Recognizes misalignments with company values and culture and rectifies * Performs all other duties of crew members as needed * Other duties as assigned Qualifications

Required Skills, Education, and Experience * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Problem solving * Ability to travel as required for projects * Ability to fit test & utilize appropriate PPE as needed * Ability to meet physical requirements movement, lifting, as relevant to job Preferred Skills, Education, and Experience * 2 years of relevant experience and/or training * Experience operating heavy equipment used in highway construction * OSHA or other relevant safety certifications Physical Demands * Regularly required to Stand, walk, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, and crouch or crawl Use hands to finger, handle, feel; reach with hands and arms Talk and hear * Occasionally required to Sit Lift and/or move up to 50 pounds * Vision abilities include Close Distance Color Peripheral Depth perception Ability to adjust focus Work Environment * Regularly exposed to Outside weather conditions High, precarious places * Frequently exposed to Moving mechanical parts Fumes or airborne particles * Noise level is usually moderate
