ManpowerGroup Bilingual Call Center Representative in Dothan, Alabama

Our client in the customer service industry is seeking a Bilingual Call Center Representative to join their team. As a Bilingual Call Center Representative, you will be part of the customer service department supporting our valued customers. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for helping others which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Bilingual Call Center Representative

Location: Dothan, AL

Pay Range: $12

What's the Job?

  • Answer inbound calls and assist customers with product questions and placing orders.

  • Provide excellent customer service to all customers.

  • Document all customer interactions accurately and efficiently.

  • Meet and exceed performance metrics and goals.

  • Work a flexible schedule including every other Saturday.

What's Needed?

  • Fluent in English and Spanish (read, write and speak).

  • Experience using MS Office (Word and Excel)

  • Excellent Data Entry skills

  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
