What are your contributions to the team?
Develop Strategies and solutions to support the Deployment of our Company wide Operational Excellence Initiative including technical elements, management tools and practices and leadership skills
Be the ‘expert’ that engages the organization to embrace the change and develop the organization to ensure the OE approach is the fundamental way to ‘manage’ the business performance and alignment to the company goals
Develop training strategies and solutions along with organizational stakeholders that will increase the knowledge base of the teams around performance management, delivering value to our customers and eliminating waste
Be a process based leader that instills a culture of standardization and execution through effective use of process, aligned KPIs and infrastructure
Lead the change using formal change management approach and communication strategy to ensure stakeholder engagement and full team collaboration
How to thrive in this role? Skills, knowledge & experience:
You have a degree / diploma in an Engineering discipline or business management
You are a recognized leader with change management experience
You have 5-10 years of manufacturing experience in the area of process improvement and/or lean deployment
You have proven capability in the application of Lean manufacturing concepts.
You have demonstrated capability in leading change as demonstrated by experience and results
You are an expert facilitator with a high amount of influencing skill
You have fluent in IT systems and has a desire to support the development of IT based solutions
You are bilingual in French and in English (asset)
