Overall Description
We are looking for a human resources professional to join our team and act as a trusted business partner with leadership teams. The human resources business partner plays a key role in driving our People & Sustainability vision forward.
What are your contributions to the team?
Work in partnership with various professionals in offering value-added human resources solutions to support the strategic and operational objectives of the organization
Support the execution and deployment of human resources programs and processes and provide coaching and guidance in initiatives such as performance management, talent development, compensation, employee engagement, workforce planning, talent acquisition, international mobility
Advise and support managers in various aspects of human resources management such as team development, change management, communication, conflict management, disciplinary files
Collaborate to the continuous improvement of data management and processes
Contribute to the development of best practices in human resources management in order to influence human resources strategies

How to thrive in this role? Skills, knowledge & experience:
You have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent; a Master’s degree would be an asset
You have two (2) to five (5) years of experience in the field of Human Resources
You have excellent communication skills in French & English (written and spoken)
You have solid knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Power Point, and Word)
You are a team player, autonomous and are known for your dynamism, strong interpersonal skills, good judgment, positive attitude
You are an organized and structured person who pays attention to details
You are results driven and are comfortable working in a dynamic environment
You are able to work under pressure and can handle multiple priorities simultaneously
You can maintain strict confidentiality when required to do so
