Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Quality Control and Reliability Teams ensure product and / or product components comply with specifications and quality standards. They test and inspect products against performance and integrity criteria to ensure product quality and reliability, and to determine the suitability of product release.

What your background should look like:

Job Responsiblity:

  1. Policies and Procedures
  • Localize and implement global quality policy, procedures and systems; and review QA reports within the entire factory in order to ensure the business procedures in line with QS and global standards."
  1. Quality System Maintenance
  • Monitor the implementation of the quality policies, including internal audit policy; monitor effectiveness of quality system; involve the quality-related best practices activities; and coordinate quality system audit from customers and third parties in order to ensure meet business development requirement and align with global quality policies.

  • Incoming Materials Quality Issue Handling

  1. Internal Quality Audit
  • Prepare internal audit plan in order to ensure meet business development requirement and align with global quality policy.
  1. Porcess Quality Issues Handling
  • Handle quality issues occurred in process in order to improve and maintain product quality performance, perform risk assessment to take proper disposition, develop improvement action to prevent the ocurrence.

In order to achieve good quality performance of product."

  1. External Audit
  • Prepare the related information according to customer or quality agencies audit needs; coordinate the entire audit process; and provide action plans to external parties base on the report findings; in order to ensure meet business development requirement and align with global quality policy.
  1. Customer Complaints/Feedback Handling
  • Lead team to do CCR analysis and complete the 8D report"
  1. Document Control
  • Maintain document control system in order to meet business development requirement and align with global quality policy.

  • Quality documents and criteria setting

  1. Customer Satisfactory Survey
  • Organize and review customer satisfactory survey in order to meet business development requirement and align with global quality policy.
  1. Quality Improvement
  • NPI project involved, potentional risk eliminate;

  • Use quality and TEOA tools to do quality improvement accordingly to product quality performance with internal team

  1. Quality Metrics
  • Summary and analyze plant quality metrics,support the fuction department to drive the performance improvement.
  1. Scrap control and improvement
  • Follow up top failures in process, identify root cause and major contributor, drive team to take solid improvement action to improve

  • Working with VS leader to complete the annual CoPQ target

Job Requirements:

  1. College graduate

  2. 5 years quality system working experience

  3. Manufacture plant quality system experience

  4. Green belt/Black belt certification is preferred, can lead the team to do the DOE/GR&R and data analysis ability.

  5. Familiar with manufacturing process of cable assembly, such as terminal and IDC crimping, soldering, electrical testing, singal integrity etc

  6. Interpersonal skills, communication skills, advance English, accountability, integrity, leadership,coordiantion, organization ability

  7. Can work under the pressure. Read, written and fluent oral English
