In your position as Kitchen Technician you will be part of our talented Engineering team who is responsible for the overall maintenance and upkeep of the hotel’s facilities and equipment. One of your key job responsibilities will be to respond to the maintenance requests in the Culinary department and to keep the kitchen equipment in top working conditions. You will be able to test and repair all equipment according to the applicable manuals and safety directives to ensure general upkeep and proper maintenance.
Qualifications:

Relevant educational degree
Exceptional interpersonal skills showing care and the ability to connect and care for our guests
International experience in luxury hotel brands demonstrating adaptability to a range of cultures and environments
Desire to constantly learn and ambition to grow
Ability to work under pressure
Good English
