Junior Sous Chef
What will I be doing? As a Junior Sous Chef, you will assist the Sous Chef in managing kitchen operations. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
·Assist in preparing and cooking high-quality dishes.
·Supervise junior kitchen team members.
·Ensure compliance with food hygiene and safety standards.

·Previous experience as a Demi Chef de Partie or Chef de Partie.
·Strong leadership and team management skills.
·Creativity and passion for cooking.
·Excellent organizational skills.

Contract Duration: 2 months (2 weeks before Ramadan, 2 weeks after Ramadan)
