Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve a variety of beverages with precision and creativity.

  • Provide personalized recommendations and create memorable guest experiences.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area.

  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.

  • Handle guest interactions with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a Bartender in a luxury restaurant or high-end bar, with a focus on crafting premium cocktails and beverages.

  • In-depth knowledge of mixology, spirits, wines, and beverages, including classic cocktails and contemporary trends.

  • Strong customer service skills, with the ability to engage with guests, understand their preferences, and provide personalized recommendations.

  • Familiarity with cash handling procedures and point-of-sale systems.

  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required in the hotel industry.

  • Bartending certification or relevant training is preferred, but not mandatory.
