Description:
Are you passionate about crafting exceptional drinks and delivering outstanding service? Park Hyatt Doha is looking for an energetic and skilledBartender to join our team and elevate the guest experience at our luxury bar.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve a variety of beverages with precision and creativity.
Provide personalized recommendations and create memorable guest experiences.
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Handle guest interactions with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Bartender in a luxury restaurant or high-end bar, with a focus on crafting premium cocktails and beverages.
In-depth knowledge of mixology, spirits, wines, and beverages, including classic cocktails and contemporary trends.
Strong customer service skills, with the ability to engage with guests, understand their preferences, and provide personalized recommendations.
Familiarity with cash handling procedures and point-of-sale systems.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required in the hotel industry.
Bartending certification or relevant training is preferred, but not mandatory.
