Job Summary

As a Team Lead- Inside Sales you willtakeresponsibility forthe leadership of theinside sales teamby ensuring a sustainable, economical, structured model isprovidedto meet and exceed the SHI business requirements and associated multi-year financial targets.In conjunction withseniorleadership, you willbe responsible forsupervisingand coaching theinside solutions specialistteam to ensure that all targets are exceededwhilemaintainingthe highest levels ofpipeline and opportunity hygiene.

You are committed toalwaysrepresentingboththe Microsoft Soultions department and SHI in an impeccable manner, leading from the front toprovideexpert insight and industry leading knowledge, as well as adding value to the portfolio of services.

This role will bebased in our Barnsley, UKoffice and report into theSr. Manager of Microsoft Sales & Operations. It is expected that this rolemayrequireoccasionaltravelto support the development of your team, attend leadership summits and customer meetings.

Responsibilities

I ncludes, but are not limited to:

  • Take responsibility for the business development activities for the Microsoft Team

  • Exceed all assigned targets.

  • Achieve sales operational and sales process efficiencies.

  • Oversee the business development cycle.

  • Be an ambassador of Microsoft services both within SHI in promoting Microsoft services both internally and externally, raising customers’ awareness of the importance of good Microsoft practices and the range of services SHI can offer.

  • Create scalable, repeatable processes for tracking and managing leads

  • Ensure the accuracy and quality of sales data in SHI’s internal systems, including call reports and key metric such as total number of calls,emailsand appointments.

  • Engage with other SHI departments to collaborate in the delivery of integrated services.

  • Mentor members of theMicrosoft Solutions Specialist team, to ensure that SHI’s services are proposed and sold to the expected standards.

  • Mentor members of the Microsoft Solutions Specialist team, to ensure that allallocatedtargets are exceeded.

  • Actively promote the sale and adoption of all Microsoft Services within both the SHI sales team and direct with SHI customers.

  • Pursue and manage customer/prospect opportunities by working with the respective SHI Sales representatives and Sales Leadership

  • Work with SHI customers and prospects to present and promote Microsoft Services opportunities through conference calls, on-line meetings, and face-to-face customer presentations:

  • Form strong working relationships with SHI Sales Leadership, Technical and Account Teams.

  • Join daily, weekly, monthly calls as needed with ITAM/SHI teams.

  • Identifyingvaluable emerging markets.

  • Set and manage call and lead targets and work with the License Exectuive team

  • Creates Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to document internal processes.

  • Support training curriculum for both onboarding and continuing education.

  • Other activities, as defined by management to successfully deliver Microsoft services activities to customers.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or relevant work experiencerequired

  • Minimum of 3 years sales experience

Certifications Required

You shouldhold some or all the following accreditations or similar vendor accreditations; if the accreditations are not currently held then you willbe requiredto study and pass the following mandatory accreditations at a minimum withina short periodofcommencingthe role:

Mandatory certifications:

  • Complete all LISA Training Modules & pass allexams

  • Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (MS-900)
