Description and Requirements

The HR Operations Specialist is in charge off administrative and operative tasks to deliver excellence in the HR department. The main activities for this role are:

  • Conduct file audits to ensure integrity and accuracy of HR documentation.

  • Process payments using systems such as Ariba and IO to ensure payment accuracy and timeliness.

  • Provide support in onboarding documentation, ensuring all documents are complete and in order.

  • Manage changes and approvals in the Workday (WD) system to maintain up-to-date employee records.

  • Handle documentation related to employee terminations, ensuring all documents are complete and properly filed.

  • Assist in documentation of the hiring process, including contracts, internal policies, benefits enrollment, and compliance with legal requirements such as AFIP.

  • Provide timely updates to the payroll department to ensure accuracy in payment processing.

*Maintain specialized providers documents updated.

*Ensure all Lenovo´s documents are aligned and complaint with local policies and legal requirements.

Requisition:

No more than 3 years of experience in administrative roles.

English proficiency.
