- Diagnose and repair Ford automotive systems including Automatic Transmission, Manual Transmission and Driveline.
- Complete service and repair assignments efficiently, safely and correctly in order to pass quality inspections set forth by the dealership and Ford.
- Comply with company safety policies and procedures.
- Communicate directly with service advisors and supervisors regarding the status of the service work.
- Continuously learn new technical information and techniques.
- Complete all required technical Ford training courses.
[ Assigns charges to repair orders. [ Flags technician labor. [ Performs other duties as assigned.

- 4+ years automotive technician/mechanic experience and applicable Ford certifications.
- ASE or equivalent training.
- Team-oriented, flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service.
- Working knowledge of shop equipment (such as wheel and tire equipment, alignment system, diagnostic equipment, AC equipment, etc.).
- Strong Automotive knowledge.
- Maintains sufficient personally-owned tools in good working order.
- Valid Drivers License.
