Key Responsibilities & Activities:

• Responsible for leading, managing and developing the team members (incl. disciplinary responsibility of team members). Make sure the organization can benefit from the expertise through trainings and advices

• Responsible for the development of execution excellence cross functional within BU

• Execute and coordinate all scheduling activities included in the projects of the BU

• Acting as project manager/ project sponsor for complex, large scale projects that can be executed across the globe

• Taking ownership for key commercial / execution KPIs. Consult the Sales and Execution organization on critical contract execution issues. Mitigate Risk and resolve critical discussions with internal and external stakeholders

• Accountable for complete project sign off and internal and external reporting

• Accountable to coordinate all qualification activities included in the project (pre-FAT, SAT)

• Manage warranty claims

• Resource scheduling against business and customer needs

• Ensure compliance with legal, collective bargaining and company regulations

• Cross-departmental coordination to all other departments as well as involved teams, in particular to the F&B service organization

• Work in a multinational and interdisciplinary team with a high degree of global travelling

• Communicate effectively on complex technical / engineering issues at the highest level. Pall internal as well as with the customer

Candidate Qualifications & Experience:

Qualifications/Education:

• BSc/MSc or equivalent in Food & Beverage engineering or Process engineering or mechanical engineerin, chemical engineering or equivalent. A higher degree or secondary degree in a related subject or an MBA would be an advantage

• Demonstrated experience of process engineering / project management of systems manufacturing including large scale and complex projects

Previous Experience:

• Proven Track Record of execution of design and build contracts in the plant building industry. Successfully realized claims and change orders. Familiar with complex contractual setups

• Demonstrated experience of running successful large multi-disciplinary engineering projects accordance to the defined specifications, time schedule and cost in various cultures

• Demonstrated experience of handling a larger international team. Experience of working with outside subcontractors including mechanical fabricators, electronic fabricators, Software designers and automation experts.

• Experience in managing the commissioning business

• Use of MS Office tools, SAP PS, CAD Viewers, Adobe Acrobat

• Understanding of F&B plant installation, testing, commissioning and integration as well as state-of the art testing procedures

• Very good communication skills in English and Hindi. Proficiency in German and/or Marathi will be an added advantage

• Experience in and accepting of dealing with restricted technology
