Oracle Principal Sales Consultant in DHAKA, Bangladesh
Job Description
As a Cloud Architect you will be responsible as the expert for formulating and driving presales technical / functional support activity to prospective clients and customers while ensuring customer satisfaction. Focuses on large or complex sales opportunities that need creative and complex solutions. Develops and delivers outstanding Oracle presentations and demonstrations. Leads any and all aspects of the technical sales process. Advises internal and external clients on overall architect solutions.
Job Responsibilities
Design scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud architectures using Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) services. Develop and implement strategies for cloud adoption, including migration, hybrid cloud setups, and cloud-native solutions.
Engage with customer accounts to determine/create business needs, identify and develop opportunities, and develop solutions by leveraging Oracle Cloud technology.
Deliver successful Customer Engagements leading to increased consumption.
Work closely and collaboratively as one team with Customer Applications team members and Oracle cloud platform team.
Ability to persuade others through presentations, demonstrations, and written communication.
Career Level - IC4
Responsibilities
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 8 years of enterprise and solution architecture experience (Implementation /Consulting/Operation) required. Hands-on experience is a must.
Have a deep understanding of the competitors equivalent cloud offerings and OCI competitive differentiators.
Proficiency in scripting and automation tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible). Understanding of containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). Experience with DevOps practices and tools.
Hands on expertise in some of the core Oracle Technology products is required e.g. WebLogic, Oracle Database, Exadata etc. Thorough knowledge of system and application design and deployment.
Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills: needs analysis, positioning, business justification, closing techniques.
Certification in cloud technologies will be an advantage.
University Degree in Computer Sciences or similar IT related fields.
Desirable
Ability to multi-task and work with virtual teams across different engagements.
Tenacious with a passion for learning new and unfamiliar concepts.
Flexible to travel when required.
Relevant local language skills.
