Job Duties and Qualifications
Under broad direction, schedules and assigns personnel and material resources required to support Property Management. Assist Site Supervisor by providing input to identify key success factors, timing of procurement deliverables, and establishing work breakdown structures. Responsibilities include day to day supervision of facility equipment operations, and maintenance technicians. Coordinate and supervise facility maintenance and repair activities associated with grounds, perimeter fencing, roads, parking lots, drainage systems, campus lighting, etc. Skills are typically acquired through 8-10 years of experience of property management.
