Job Title: Electrical Assembler
Job Description
Under the general direction of the Production Supervisor, the Electrical Assembler will assemble electrical control panels, circuit boards, and some wire harnesses from prints. This position is responsible for the physical assembly, wiring, and testing of control panels for industrial environmental equipment. The assembler will read control panel diagrams from print, perform layout and physical mounting of components to the back panel, solder wiring for installation of control panels onto equipment, and test to ensure proper operation.
Responsibilities
Actively support all employees and customers in a positive manner.
Route and bundle wire and cables neatly to meet wiring standards.
Provide dimension and layout of back panels and enclosures.
Basic troubleshooting of panels to eliminate wiring errors and component malfunctions.
Solder wiring and components to control boards.
Meet deadlines under pressure.
Maintain a high standard of quality and attention to detail.
Mark electrical labeling.
Consistently show up to work on time.
Perform all other duties assigned by the supervisor or manager.

Regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
Possess a valid driver's license.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dexter, Michigan.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00
