Henry Ford Health System Sr Programmer Analyst in Detroit, Michigan

Under minimal supervision of the Project Manager or other assigned personnel designs, codes and tests program logic in order to meet systems requirements identified by systems analysis and technical support personnel. Analyzes test data, program logic and test results in order to determine proper program execution and procedures. Serves as a systems analysis and technical resource for applications support personnel and functions as project leader as assigned.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • A technical level of knowledge in programming, job control languages and systems design concepts such as that acquired through the completion of two to three years of college level coursework in computer sciences, programming or a related field or the equivalent in related work experience required.

  • A minimum of four years programming and data communication experience with systems analysis skills required for specification development, required.
