What you will be doing:
Develop leadership skills through hands-on training and mentorship from seasoned professionals, preparing you to confidently lead and manage your own Refloor location.
Receive ongoing support to excel in day-to-day operations, customer service, and effective management.
Acquire a deep understanding of our company's core values and learn how to instill them throughout your team.
Requirements
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Preferred previous sales experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in basic computer skills and Microsoft Office technology
Additional Requirement:
- Must be relocatable after completing training in the Detroit market.
