Job Title: Dealer Auditor

Job Description

As a Dealer Auditor, you will be responsible for reviewing the administration of policies and procedures as outlined in the Dealer Sales and Service Agreement. This role involves conducting both onsite audits at dealership locations and electronic audits from a home office. You will assess dealership practices related to warranty claims and policy claims to ensure compliance with established rules and policies. Additionally, you will be tasked with constructing concise, accurate, and consistent audit reports and presenting your findings to dealership personnel in a manner that is cordial, fair, and aligned with professional auditing standards.


  • Completes onsite audits and electronic audits as assigned

  • Determines the compliance of claims with the rules and policies

  • Constructs a concise, accurate and consistent audit report

  • Presents audit findings effectively

Work Environment

This position offers the flexibility to work from home and requires travel to various dealership locations across the United States.
