Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Senior Consultant in Detroit, Michigan and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You'll Do: Drive innovative and transformative solutions that address supply chain needs. Create effective visions, strategies and roadmaps, in direct alignment and support of business and technology objectives. Provide organization leaders with the capabilities and tools to build flexible, innovative business models that create and capture value for the organization, supported by a strong operations and supply chain foundation. Develop a shared services organization and improve back-office efficiencies by eliminating duplication and streamlining processes with a focus on stakeholder management via feasibility studies, global best practices and standards, industry benchmarks, and process scopes. Drive business case analysis to understand opportunities for supply chain cost optimization. Assist in the delivery of organizations' critical programs by enabling them to make better business decisions on the cost, schedule, performance, and risk. Analyze various industries to synthesize quantitative and qualitative financial market information, key players, and industry trends. • 50% Travel required nationally • Telecommuting permitted • Work location includes various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 2 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Position requires 2 years of related work experience in each of the following: • Architecting enterprise, customer and operating model strategies and advising clients on how to grow their business and achieve target performance, utilizing Total Quality Management, Lean Six Sigma, Data Analytics, Policy Management, and Daily Management; • Supporting the development and documentation of internal business processes and metrics in a manner consistent with six sigma and lean methodologies, utilizing methodologies such as Value Stream Mapping, Process Information and Flow Diagram, Kaizen, Baseline and Target setting, and Key Performance Indicators (KPI) drilldown; • Providing industry insight and analytical support, using data mining, pattern matching, data visualization, and predictive modeling to produce analysis and algorithms, that provide the ability to improve manufacturing performance, optimize supply chain, deployment manufacturing excellence systems, and capture abnormality in processes; • Capturing business requirements, creating high-level design documents, and implementing analytical solutions using Concepts from Stable ops, Hypothesis testing, Baseline and Target setting, Process Capability Studies, Statistical Process Control and Standard operating procedures; • Modeling, designing and developing reports and dashboards to measure performance metrics of clients, utilizing Microsoft Excel, Tableau, and Microsoft Power BI; • Transforming and visualizing data, evaluating business processes, utilizing Microsoft Excel, Minitab, Python and SQL for developing solutions for client challenges; and • Drawing insights from analysis through a combination of different methodologies including Pareto, Histogram, Regression, Multi-Integer Linear Programming, Analysis of Variance, Design of Experiments, and Principal Component Analysis.
