If you reside in Iowa, this can be almost 100% REMOTE / 95% REMOTE !! Must be able to drive to Des Moines or Eastern Iowa offices periodically !!

SaaS Insurance Client Facing Product – INTERESTING TECHNICAL WORK
WHAT YOU WILL GET TO DO:
• Hands on Senior .NET Development working as a Senior C# .Net Software Developer, leading a team
• Lead software engineers with direction, training, and guidance related to product initiatives and development practices
• Acquire a deep understanding of company product and its benefit to clients
• Work in stride with product team to build & support enhancements to the platform
• Collaborate with UI team to integrate new features
• Lead by example in contributing clean, high-quality, readable code to support the teams' initiatives (player/coach mentality)
• Review submitted code to ensure quality of end-product and adherence to team standards
What You Will Need:
• Technical Proficiency in C#, with at least 5 years of Web Development experience (MVC / layered architecture preferred)
• Demonstrated mastery of unit testing in a .NET environment
• Knowledge of MySQL or other relational database management system
• Experience with HTML, Typescript, JavaScript, and preferably one of the following: Angular, React, StencilS
• Adept in researching and exploring new technologies/solutions with limited direction
• Familiar with fundamental design patterns and principles
• Passionate about writing clean, readable, and easily maintainable code
• Proven aptitude to lead and inspire software engineers
• Self-guided and goal-oriented
