City Wide Facility Solutions Sales Executive in Des Moines, Iowa
Identify, qualify, and develop new client leads and referrals, achieving specific monthly sales goals.
Schedule and conduct client appointments to understand needs and deliver compelling sales presentations.
Close sales by building rapport, explaining services, overcoming objections, and negotiating contracts.
Dedicate at least 20 hours per week to prospecting for new business opportunities.
Use and manage a CRM system to track client information, activities, and manage a "Hot 25" list of prospective clients.
Collaborate effectively with clients, colleagues, and supervisors to foster a positive work environment.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications
Outgoing personality with a positive, can-do attitude.
Strong organizational skills and a metrics-driven mindset with a competitive drive for success.
Proven ability to close short-cycle B2B sales.
Track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Exceptional communication skills, including experience in delivering presentations and facilitating meetings.
Ability to collaborate with internal teams, such as operations and marketing, to meet client needs.
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of B2B inside and outside sales experience with a proven record of closing deals.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Base salary of $45,000

Working Conditions
Primarily desk work, involving constant sitting, occasional bending, standing, and frequent computer use.
Occasional lifting of up to 20 lbs. may be required.
