Our client is looking for a Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing 1 client's projects from planning through completion and ensuring client satisfaction by delivering unparalleled service. The PM is responsible for the overall financial, timely, quality and customer service outcome of the project. The PM is responsible for overseeing and administrating the efforts of all in-house crews and Subcontractors on a project(s) in conjunction with a General Foreman or Superintendent. The position proactively develops new business opportunities and relationships with current and potential customers.
Plans, Organizes, Manages, Tracks and Controls Projects in their charge.
Manage financial aspects of contracts (progress billing, rental equipment, income/expenses) to protect the company’s interest and simultaneously maintain a good relationship with the client.
Have a Registered Communication Distribution Designer (RCDD) BICSI certification.
