Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Maintenance Lead to join the team at a large food and beverage service company. The Maintenance Lead is responsible for providing leadership and guidance to the Maintenance Technicians during the work shift while serving as the first level of response and trouble-shooting for equipment breakdowns. Responsibilities include responding to downtime issues/downtime events, effectively communicate between management team and technical team, and serve as the work flow Coordinator providing guidance through urgent Production issues. Additional responsibilities include triaging issues and field technical questions to management regarding breakdowns and other equipment issues, and attending to regular preventative maintenance schedules for various Quality Control Center machinery and equipment. It is expected that this maintenance lead will have previous professional working experience with industrial refrigeration, have a strong electrical knowledge, and PLC programming and troubleshooting experience. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work cross-functionally on multiple initiatives with a successful record of advancing projects.

Skills and Requirements
High school diploma
- 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience required
- 2+years of professional working experience overseeing/managing a shift
- Professional working experience PLC programming and troubleshooting
Plumbing, welding, and hydraulics.
Industrial refrigeration
Strong electrical knowledge - Experience with Allen Bradley and Rockwell Automation
Trade apprenticeship and or/college preferred null
