About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking two Lead Analytics Consultants in the Personal Lending (PL) Analytics and Reporting team within Wells Fargo Consumer Lending Line of Business. This includes the Retail Services and Personal Lines and Loans products. Primary responsibilities for this role include development of reporting and Business Intelligence solutions to support business insights and monitoring, management decisions, and operational activities across PL products & functions.
In this role, you will:
Create reporting, dashboards, and advanced data visualizations in support of the PL business.
Provide leadership on identification and development of new data-based solutions.
Analyze, source, and report on data from multiple sources and platforms.
Be responsible for the technical build-out and support of BI tools, ad-hoc, and recurring reports, dashboards, and data needs.
Ensure reporting processes and solutions are designed and created according to business requirements and published processes and procedures.
Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals.
Required Qualifications, US:
- 5+ years of Analytics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
Desired Qualifications:
4+ years of SQL coding experience
3+ years of Business Intelligence and reporting (Power BI, Tableau)
3+ years of SAS experience
3+ years of Teradata, MS SQL, or Oracle database experience
Experience with Retail Services and Personal Lines and Loans data.
Experience sourcing data from across disparate systems and environments to create unified reporting views.
Ability to transform complex data and analyses into easily digestible and visually accessible dashboards and reports.
Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, and achieve goals in a dynamic and complex environment.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important.
Strong analytical and technical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
