Integrate Genesys Cloud platform with backend systems AND other mission critical applications
Program custom Genesys Flows and Integrations.
Rest APi’s experience
JavaScript experience
ANY Backend Development language is PREFERRED : C#., .NET, or Java
SQL is a plus
You will code and integrate development and deployment of omnichannel (Chat, IVR, Chatbot, email)
You will integrate Genesys Cloud with backend systems to improve customer interaction and streamline business processes, integrating systems and business flows.
CERTIFICATIONS are preferred but not required, they have Cert’s on the team.
This role is pivotal in optimizing our client’s customer relationship management, streamlining business processes, and delivering unique technical solutions to the business.
This is a Permanent *Direct Hire position with one of our client companies in the Greater Des Moines, IA area.
