Location: Des Moines, Iowa
Status: Full-Time / Weekly Pay
Schedule & Pay: Monday - Friday / 7 am - 4 pm / $19-$22
Requirements: Valid Drivers License / Reliable Transportation / Able to pass back ground check / Proven experience in the construction field

Job Description: As a Construction Laborer, you will play a vital role in supporting various construction projects. Your responsibilities will vary based on the specific role you are assigned to, but all positions require a commitment to safety, teamwork, and quality workmanship. We are looking for individuals who can operate hand and power tools and have a strong work ethic.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with the preparation and execution of construction tasks as directed by supervisors.
Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.
Follow project specifications and instructions to ensure quality outcomes.
Maintain a clean and organized worksite, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and objectives.
Perform physical tasks, including lifting, carrying, and moving materials.
Qualifications:
Ability to operate hand and power tools effectively.
Previous construction experience in: carpentry, low voltage, commercial installation, or general labor
Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor.
Communication skills and a willingness to work as part of a team.
Work Environment:
Shift: 1st shift, usually within the 7 AM - 4 PM timeframe, OT available depending on specific role.
Team Structure: Work collaboratively in teams to achieve project goals.
