Position Summary

Responsibilities
Support specifications and standards in areas such as compound, component, curing process, or uniformity analyses
Apply a systematic approach to identify and isolate problems and their root causes to design and implement effective solutions
Statistical analysis and data collection through software such as Minitab
Determine methods and technology to convert inputs into acceptable outputs with process capability
Learn and utilize key chemical manufacturing tools and systems; recommending improvements where needed

We are looking for students who are:

Demonstrated technical aptitude in major of study
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Minimum Qualifications
To thrive in this role, you need…
To be pursuing a degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science or another applicable major and actively enrolled in an accredited university
To be junior-senior level standing with a GPA of at least 3.0
Completed course work in Computer Aided Design (CAD)/AutoCAD
To be available to work 40 hours weekly in a 6-month minimum co-op assignment
No other work experience is required. We will teach you everything you need to know!
