The Project Coordinator is responsible for guiding new clients through the process of developing websites from start to finish. The Project Coordinator will be tasked with managing client relationships and projects while providing consultative advice for improving a dealerships web presence, conversion rate, and SEO. The Project Coordinator is expected to communicate professionally with clients to develop their new website. They will be responsible for completing their assigned website and ensuring all tasks/requirements are done before going live with the site.
DealerOn provides products such as Website transformations, SEO/SEM marketing strategies, Digital Driven Data Insights, and Digital Retailing services and experiences for its clients.
The Project Coordinator position at DealerOn would include responsibilities such as gathering client requirements, coordinating with design and data support teams, conducting review calls with clients, and ensuring the successful launch of websites. The ideal candidate would have a technical aptitude, be able to handle objections and difficult clients, work independently, and have the maturity to work remotely. Experience with Salesforce and familiarity with project management tools like TaskRay would be beneficial. The position requires a focus on attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong communication skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
- Internship or 1-3 Years of experience within project coordination, client management, or sales.
