Job DescriptionHVAC Maintenance Repair and/or replace faulty parts Professionally install the following equipment: furnace, air conditioner, heat pumps, boilers, water heaters and generatorsBenefitsHourly pay ranges: Service Tech: $25 - $38; Maintenance Tech: $20 - $25; Lead Installer: $21 - $28; Installation Helper: $17 - $21 Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance 401(k) PTO (Paid time off) We are proudly providing all of our techs with top training and support Career advancement opportunitiesResponsibilitiesMaintenance Techs need to possess the following attributes: HVAC Maintenance Experience Dependability Professionalism Effective communication skills Perform basic service call Ability to Work Independently Ability to replace bad or faulty parts Perform proper maintenance on furnaces, boilers, air conditioners, heat pumps, water heaters and generators Ability to communicate with company phone Ability to use company van, company phone and iPad Service Techs need to possess the following attributes: HVAC Service Experience Dependability Professionalism Effective communication skills Ability to Work Independently Ability to perform diagnostic calls on furnaces, boilers, air conditioners, ductless systems, water heaters and generators Ability to repair and/or replace faulty parts Knowledge of geothermal systems a plus Work On-call shifts Ability to use company van, company phone and iPad Job Description - Lead Installer: Establish and manage the relationship with the customer during the residential installation process in a courteous, professional manner Dependability is necessary Ability to professionally install the following equipment: furnace, air conditioner, heat pumps, boilers, water heaters and generators Ability to test systems after installations is required Explain the operation of the newly installed HVAC system to the customer Ability to communicate with company phone Job Description - Installation Helper: Manage the relationship established between Sales and the customer during the residential installation process. Assist the Crew Leader on Installations as directed Continue to learn all aspects of the installation process from Installation Leader. Develop all Installation skills pertaining to Capital Heats product offering. Learn how to operate all equipment small or large based on Capital Heats product offering.RequirementsExperience required and preferred for Installation Helper Possess effective verbal and written communication skills Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills Must have an honest and dependable personality Strong mechanical aptitude Strong ability to distinguish between various HVAC equipment Self-motivated individual with strong ability to follow instructions and work alone, as well as work effectively within a team Must have a valid driver’s license Please upload your resume and complete the online assessment Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.
