DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: High Concrete is currently searching for a Project Manager intern for the Summer of 2025, this is a Monday-Friday 1st shift summer internship.

The Project Manager Intern will assist staff in a variety of projects and will be exposed to multiple areas of the project management department.  These areas include, but are not limited to, planning, scheduling and administration of projects, learning basics of precast concrete products, visiting job sites and working side by side with a Project Manager to learn the ins and outs of project management!

The interns will also be involved in various production activities and will learn the daily activities of a precast production facility. Throughout the internship you will work across multiple functions.

This is a paid internship at $20.00/hr. 

The candidate must be pursuing a Bachelor's degree in an accredited program or an Associate's degree in a technical field * GPA of 3.0 or higher is preferred * Candidate should be in or entering their Junior/ Senior year * Previous experience in a trades, construction or manufacturing environment preferred * Strong communication skills, both written and oral * Proficiency in MS Office * Valid Driver's License * Interpersonal skills in working with all areas of the Company required

High Concrete Group consists of three business, including: * High Concrete, a leading producer of architectural precast concrete panels and façades, structural precast concrete, and total precast concrete building structures. * StructureCare, providing predictive and preventative maintenance for concrete parking structures * High Concrete Accessories, producer of high-quality engineered plastic embedment's and finishing products for precast concrete producers
