Position Summary:

As an EANS Programs Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in administering and overseeing the Coronavirus Response and Relief Supplemental Appropriations Act (CRRSA) Emergency Assistance to Non-public Schools (EANS), as well as the American Rescue Plan (ARP) Emergency Assistance to Non-public Schools (EANS II). You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with program guidelines, facilitating communication with stakeholders, and managing various aspects of the EANS programs.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
A. Administer the Coronavirus Response and Relief Supplemental Appropriations Act, Emergency Assistance to Non-public Schools (CRRSA EANS), the American Rescue Plan Emergency Assistance to Non-public Schools (ARP EANS II).
B. Monitor FACTS Education Solutions contract for compliance, facilitate weekly meetings, and communication with FACTS Education Solutions.
C. Track, review and approve payments of non-public school grantee purchase requests.
a. Ensure that all purchased items are allowable under the CCRSA, ARP EANS and all transactions follow the Uniform Grants Guidance, as well as all other pertinent federal laws, regulations, and guidance.
b. Review and submit EANS invoices for approval
D. Serve as main point of contact for the EANS programs with stakeholders including vendors, non-public schools, and internal customers
E. Lead the EANS programs monitoring and reporting efforts
F. As necessary, development, update, and/or revision processes and procedures related to the EANs program in collaboration with Director of Grants Program Administration Office.
G. Develop website content for the EANS website
H. Provide technical assistance to non-public schools and vendors for the EANS program
a. Review and approve EANS I and EANS II post award revision applications
b. Coordinate and collaboration with EANS stakeholders
I. Collaborate with Accounting/Purchasing on tracking Purchase Orders and Payments for the EANs Programs.
J. Collaborate with the data team to ensure inclusion of any federal and public reporting requirements associated with EANS programs.
K. Other duties as assigned by the Director of the Grants Program Administration office.
Minimum Qualifications, Substitutions, Conditions of Employment & Appeal Rights
MINIMUMEDUCATION ANDEXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Six (6) years of experience in administering federal grants and or contracts at the district or state level
OR
Bachelor of Arts Degree in education, accounting, or other related fields; or equivalent job related experience: two plus years of experience in administering federal grants and or contracts at the district or state level.
Qualifications for Success in the Position:
Experience in project management or implementation of federally funded programs.
Understanding of grant management cycles.
Ability to track communication, work products, and work progress on several ongoing and simultaneous projects.
Excellent writing skills.
Familiar with state accounting and purchasing rules, policies, forms, and procedures.
Familiar with federal education statutes and policy, including fiscal and grants management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Exceptional organizational skills, including ability to multi-task, balance competing priorities, track and meet deadlines. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders in difficult or uncertain circumstances.
The ability to pass a background check.
Preferred:
Experience with successfully managing contracts or administering grants, including approving applications for funding, processing invoices, and monitoring implementation of program requirements.
